I am seeking a position as an Office Assistant or in Customer Support, where I can apply my experience in customer service and quality control, along with strong communication skills and multilingual abilities. My experience at Kre EOOD has equipped me with the skills to train new employees and effectively communicate with clients and partners. Additionally, my role at Amazon Germany as a Quality Control Specialist has honed my ability to inspect and evaluate merchandise, ensuring compliance with quality standards. I am fluent in English and German, and I have basic knowledge of Arabic, which allows me to interact with a diverse range of clients. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, which are essential tools in administrative roles. My personal qualities include being responsible, communicative, organized, patient, proactive, and team-oriented, making me a valuable asset to any organization.
