## About me

I am a dynamic programmer with extensive experience in systems administration, technical support, and programming. Over the years, I have developed a strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, scripting languages, and operating systems, allowing me to contribute effectively throughout the complete software development lifecycle. My background includes leadership roles where I have successfully managed teams and projects to deliver high-quality software solutions.

I have served as the Lead Developer and CEO at Devil Kitty Games, LLC., where I maintain and develop applications using Unity3D and C#. I lead team meetings and collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure timely delivery of updates, particularly for VR oral factory test hardware. This role has honed my skills in project evaluation, requirement analysis, and client satisfaction.

As the Lead Web Developer and Owner of Maximize Traffic Hosting, I optimize and repair corporate websites using WordPress, ColdFusion, MSSQL, PHP, and MySQL. I am involved in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production implementation. I also represent my team in executive meetings to discuss project goals and milestones, while improving website navigation, performance, and SEO to increase online visibility.

My earlier experience as an Embedded Engineer at Radisys involved installing, configuring, and testing Linux operating systems on telephony hardware. I monitored and optimized bootstrap application performance, achieving a 70% reduction in system startup time. This role strengthened my problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior developers.

In addition to my professional experience, I have military experience as a Fire Controlman 2nd Class in the US Navy aboard the USS Valley Forge from 1993 to 1999. I also volunteer as a Youth Counselor at Ankeny Pathfinders, where I help young people establish personal goals and create action plans.
