In my current role as Inside Sales Manager at GrassPerson Lawn & Landscape, I lead and mentor the sales team, develop strategies for revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and foster a customer-centric approach. I am proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoom, Nextiva, and Service Auto Pilot, and I create processes that enable sales team success. I am committed to coaching and leading my team to exceed sales targets and capitalize on market opportunities.

Previously, I worked as a Sales Account Manager at JSJD Media LLC, where I sold digital services and marketing analytics, utilizing consultative sales skills and educating clients on digital media’s benefits. I also have experience as a Lead Sales Consultant and Sales Representative at Weed Man Lawn Care, where I managed accounts, conducted sales outreach, and handled customer engagement on social media platforms.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Team Lead and Wireless Specialist at Digital Management LLC, where I provisioned and configured mobile devices for corporate clients, managed a team of technicians, and acted as a project manager to ensure timely deployments. I also trained new employees and maintained technical knowledge of hardware and software configurations.

I have completed several IT certifications, including CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, and IT Pro Power Skills, which complement my sales and leadership experience.
