I currently run my own e-commerce business, where I manage daily operations, product presentation, order handling, customer communication, logistics, stock awareness, and after-sales service. I also support digital marketing activities and focus on creating a smooth, customer-friendly online buying experience. In my role as Assistant Manager at ALTERLIFE Fitness Excellence in Athens, I support day-to-day club operations, coordinate staff tasks and schedules, maintain service quality, and help resolve customer issues. I work closely with teams and clients to improve service delivery and support sales performance. Previously, I worked as a Fitness Instructor at ALTERLIFE Fitness Excellence, where I delivered personalized fitness guidance, created structured training programs, and adapted plans to individual goals and progress. This role strengthened my client relationship skills, professionalism, and service orientation. I also have seasonal work experience in the United States, which gave me valuable international exposure and strengthened my English communication skills in multicultural, fast-paced environments. This experience helped me become more adaptable, disciplined, and confident in customer-facing roles. Earlier in my career, I worked in various private-sector roles, building resilience, work ethic, and practical problem-solving ability. I also completed military service, which further developed my discipline, teamwork, reliability, and respect for structure.
