## About me

I am a Senior Business Analyst with 8 years of experience turning complex business needs into delivered technology solutions across banking, capital markets, and professional services. My background is centered on bridging business and engineering teams to deliver practical, high-impact outcomes.

I specialize in AI-enabled platforms, including document intelligence, semantic extraction, and human-in-the-loop reconciliation. I have worked on regulatory-critical solutions for global financial institutions, where accuracy, auditability, and adoption are essential.

My experience covers the full business analysis lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, current and future-state analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD/FRD authoring, process mapping, backlog refinement, UAT, and change management. I am comfortable working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
