## About me

I am a financial services analyst with more than 9 years of experience supporting investor reporting, reconciliation, cash management, and custodial account operations. My background includes working across mortgage servicing, annuity services, and branch management environments, where I have helped improve financial workflows and maintain regulatory compliance.

I have built my career around executing complex financial transactions accurately and efficiently. In my current role, I manage weekly financial transactions, support team communication, and help ensure adherence to GNMA, FNMA, and FHLMC policies. I also contribute to operational efficiency initiatives that reduce reconciliation discrepancies and strengthen financial integrity.

Previously, I worked on Salesforce optimization, investor accounting, and mortgage subservicing workflows. I have experience gathering requirements, improving user experience, and supporting reporting functions that help teams make better operational decisions. My work has often involved translating complex financial and technical concepts into practical solutions for stakeholders.

I am comfortable working with data analytics, SQL reporting, and system documentation to improve reconciliation and forecasting processes. I have also supported model development, code reviews, and SDLC activities for reporting tools used in large-scale financial operations. These experiences have strengthened my ability to combine analytical thinking with technical execution.
