## About me

I am a security professional with extensive experience in patrol, access control, guest relations, and site safety across residential communities, clubs, and commercial properties.

I have worked in security roles for more than a decade, including officer, supervisor, and concierge-security positions. My background includes vehicle patrol, foot patrol, gate access control, traffic direction, incident response, and shift coverage in fast-paced environments.

I have supervised security teams, trained other officers when needed, and supported operations by handling open shifts and maintaining smooth communication with staff, residents, guests, and clubhouse teams. I am comfortable working day, evening, overnight, and emergency coverage schedules.

Earlier in my career, I also gained customer service and technical support experience in wireless retail and inventory management. That experience strengthened my communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in both customer-facing and operational settings.

I bring strong administrative and reporting skills, including radio communication, multi-line phone systems, daily reports, incident documentation, and the use of security tools and workplace software. I am also experienced with CCTV, alarm monitoring, emergency response, and physical security procedures.

I am authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate anywhere. I hold relevant certifications including CPR, First Aid, AED, Guard Card, Class D Security, and a Driver’s License, and I am prepared to contribute reliably in a full-time security role.
