My background combines full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, and strategic hiring support for organizations in multiple industries. I currently work as Founder and Managing Director at Euro America Partners / EA Partners, where I lead executive recruiting and selection for middle and top management roles. I also manage a team delivering HR solutions such as assessment, coaching, leadership training, and outplacement. Throughout my career, I have recruited professionals from analyst level to C-level executives across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and the United States. My experience covers sectors including automotive, energy, mining, manufacturing, technology, finance, HR, supply chain, sales, marketing, production, and operations. I have also worked as a Principal Consultant, Business Manager, Associate & Partner, Senior Consultant, and Contract Coordinator, which gave me a broad perspective on executive search, sourcing, negotiations, and project coordination.
