## About me

I am a Portuguese professional with a long career spanning information technology, sales, product management, and translation. Since August 2023, I have been retired, but I continue to be identified by a strong background in multilingual project work and commercial leadership.

From January 2010 to July 2023, I worked at Verbis Iberia as a Translator and Project Manager, handling localization projects in IT, marketing, automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, and legal fields. I worked with Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, and used tools such as Studio, Trados, and Translation Workspace.

Earlier, I served as Product Manager at ABB Portugal, where I supported product dissemination, new product launches, sales teams, factory negotiations, and commercial policy development. Before that, I was Sales Manager at Construfase, responsible for strategic planning, commercial policy, team development, and growth strategy.

My experience also includes leadership in automotive refinishing sales at CIN, where I managed sales force coordination, customer negotiations, budgeting, and distribution. I also founded and managed EIM and associates, building businesses around IBM partnership services, computer distribution, technical assistance, and training.

I began my career as a System Engineer at IBM Portugal and later as a Software Specialist at Inforgal, where I worked on commercial applications, technical support, product announcements, software demonstrations, and market-specific solutions. These roles helped me build a strong technical foundation and a practical understanding of business operations.

I speak Portuguese natively and have advanced proficiency in English, French, and Spanish. I am comfortable working under pressure, presenting to large audiences, managing teams, and supporting clients across diverse industries. I bring together technical knowledge, commercial experience, and multilingual communication skills.
