I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership. I have built a reputation for being dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn in fast-paced environments.

My background includes receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory support across warehouse and distribution settings. I am Forklift Certified and comfortable operating equipment to move, load, and organize materials efficiently and safely.

I have also taken on leadership responsibilities, including supervising staff, assigning daily tasks, tracking performance, and helping maintain productivity and accuracy. I value teamwork, clear communication, and consistent execution of company procedures.

In addition to warehouse work, I have experience training new employees and coaching team members to improve performance. I enjoy helping others learn, reduce errors, and stay aligned with standards and expectations.

I am currently continuing my education and certifications in fitness-related fields, including personal training and nutrition coaching. This reflects my commitment to professional growth and expanding my skill set.
