My background combines project delivery, agile transformation, and stakeholder management in both national and international environments. I have worked extensively with Agile, Waterfall, PMP, and hybrid frameworks, adapting my approach to business needs and project complexity. Over the years, I have led projects involving IT infrastructure, software implementation, capex/opex investment models, environmental initiatives, and industrial operations, often coordinating multifunctional teams from project initiation through final delivery.
