I am a compassionate and resourceful professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, customers, and community members across healthcare, behavioral health, government, workforce development, logistics, and customer service environments.

I have built my career around case coordination, appointment scheduling, records management, transportation support, problem resolution, de-escalation, documentation, compliance, and relationship building. I take pride in helping people navigate complex systems with clarity, patience, and care.
