I am an executive administrative and legal operations professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting executives, legal teams, and remote organizations across corporate, government, and technology environments.

I specialize in CRM implementation, legal tech operations, workflow automation, and client intake optimization using platforms such as Lawmatics, Clio, QuickBooks, Zoho, and Google Workspace.

I have extensive experience in remote operations, executive coordination, client onboarding, and CRM configuration for law firms and service businesses. I am known for improving operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and supporting high-volume client environments.

In my recent roles, I have implemented and configured CRM systems, built legal intake pipelines, automated follow-ups, coordinated executive calendars, and supported billing and financial records. I also provide training and troubleshooting to help teams adopt new systems successfully.
