I am a SaaS account management professional with more than 7 years of experience driving customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth across B2B accounts. I have built a strong track record of maintaining high client retention rates, expanding accounts through consultative engagement, and managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.

I currently manage a portfolio of approximately 80 insurance-industry SaaS accounts, including more than 40 key accounts. In this role, I partner with agency owners, carrier leaders, and marketing partners to improve adoption and retention while identifying growth opportunities.
