I have been responsible for financial oversight across multiple subsidiaries, supporting organizations with significant annual revenue and complex cross-border operations. I specialize in IFRS reporting, group consolidation, FP&A, treasury, M&A, and financial due diligence. My background includes building and scaling finance teams, improving reporting processes, and strengthening control frameworks in fast-moving environments. In my current role, I built and developed the finance department in Poland and manage both local and international finance activities. I work closely with senior management to provide profitability analysis, cost insights, and strategic financial support for decision-making. I also have strong experience in treasury management, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and financing activities. I focus on improving working capital, enhancing cash visibility, and ensuring reliable financial operations across subsidiaries. Previously, I held roles in banking and financial services where I handled month-end closing, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, VAT and CIT compliance, and IFRS implementation. These experiences helped me develop a strong foundation in accounting, controls, and reporting.
