Over more than 27 years, I have led complex initiatives across engineering, finance, HR, operations, and logistics in large multinational environments. I built my career at Renault Argentina and EDS (now Hewlett Packard), where I coordinated multi-site operations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and worked as a control tower across diverse stakeholder groups. My experience combines technology leadership with deep operational execution. I have managed industrial IT/IS functions, enterprise systems, vendor relationships, SLAs, and service quality across local and offshore teams. I also worked on enterprise applications such as SAP and Baan, and led software projects and corrective actions in global IT services settings.
