I have served as a trusted first-line HR resource for employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors. My background includes interpreting policies, supporting performance and documentation matters, resolving complex employee inquiries, and improving HR processes in fast-paced, high-volume environments. In my current role at Kaseya, I support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, accommodations, HRIS activity, and vendor coordination for a global employee population. I manage a large volume of leave and accommodation cases and work extensively in Oracle HCM to maintain accurate records and support employee lifecycle activity. Previously, I worked as a Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Coordinator, and HR Specialist, where I handled payroll, onboarding, recruitment support, benefits administration, compliance, employee communications, and HR documentation. I have also supported international, healthcare, financial services, and PEO environments. I bring strong experience in benefits programs, leave laws, compliance reporting, compensation support, workforce reporting, and process improvement. I have developed SOPs, dashboards, newsletters, and employee resources to improve consistency, visibility, and the overall employee experience.
