I have managed 10+ concurrent requisitions end-to-end and supported hiring teams in fast-paced, multi-department environments. I specialize in sourcing active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, social media, and direct outreach. I have also coordinated interviews, collected panel feedback, and supported offer, negotiation, contract, and onboarding processes. In my recent roles, I have worked across recruitment, operations, and customer-facing environments, which has strengthened my stakeholder management, communication, and process improvement skills. I have also contributed to onboarding SOPs, performance coaching, workforce scheduling, and KPI reporting. I am comfortable working with ATS/HRIS platforms, Salesforce CRM, and recruitment reporting tools.
