## About me

I am a Customer Support and Operations professional with more than 8 years of experience across healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, and retail industries. I have built my career around helping customers, resolving technical issues, and improving service quality.

I have experience assisting patients and customers daily, providing troubleshooting guidance, handling inquiries, and ensuring that concerns are resolved accurately and efficiently. I am comfortable working across phone, email, and other business communication channels.

I have also contributed to quality assurance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. My work has included producing performance reports, supporting operational decision-making, and collaborating with management on projects that improve customer experience and team performance.

In addition to customer support, I have experience in training and mentoring new team members. I value teamwork, clear communication, and continuous improvement, and I enjoy helping teams work more effectively.

I also have freelance experience as a content writer, editor, and linguistic AI auditor. These roles strengthened my writing, proofreading, editing, and language quality skills, especially in English-to-Tagalog translation review.
