I am a hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience in guest services, reservations, and hotel operations. I have built my career around delivering excellent customer service, maintaining smooth front office processes, and supporting guests with professionalism and care.

I am currently working as a Reservationist at Qurtuba Resort & Spa, where I manage bookings, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with front office and housekeeping teams to create a seamless guest experience. I am comfortable working across multiple channels and ensuring that reservation details are accurate and well organized.

Previously, I worked as a Duty Manager at The Residence Boutique Hotel & Spa, where I oversaw daily operations, supervised staff, and maintained high service standards. I also gained valuable front desk experience as a Front of House team member at Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa, supporting guest check-in, check-out, and concierge services.

My background also includes several years as a Reservations Agent at The Residence Boutique Hotel & Spa, where I managed guest requests and communications while using hotel systems such as Opera, Semper, and Pilot. I am highly detail-oriented and confident in using hospitality software to support efficient operations.
