## About me

I am an HR professional with a strong focus on compensation, performance management, and organizational development. I have experience handling payroll operations, labor cost analysis, incentive design, and compensation system implementation across multiple business units.

I have worked on payroll-related projects for large employee populations, including managing monthly payroll calculations, compensation data reporting, and labor cost budgeting. I am comfortable working with complex compensation structures and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll processes.

My background also includes performance management and medium-to-long-term incentive planning. I have participated in the design, adjustment, and rollout of compensation and performance schemes, and I have supported annual assessments and incentive distribution for management teams.

In addition to compensation work, I have experience in organization development and talent development. I have helped iterate organizational structures, supported leadership management processes, and contributed to talent pipeline and training initiatives.

I am highly detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven. I enjoy using data analysis and Excel to solve business problems, improve cost efficiency, and support decision-making with clear and practical insights.

Managed compensation and performance for approximately 200 employees across three business lines in two divisions. Conducted monthly departmental accruals and payroll calculations, shortened the payroll cycle, and responded to employee inquiries. Developed and adjusted compensation and performance plans, and forecasted annual labor costs with a fixed cost budget variance of only 0.4%.
