I have led products that require close coordination between engineering, operations, legal, and external partners, and I enjoy turning complex technical and business constraints into simple, reliable user experiences. At StubHub International, I owned the end-to-end integration of external carrier partners into the fulfilment pipeline. I worked directly with partner organizations on API contracts, data flows, and edge cases, while keeping delivery aligned with business goals and protecting revenue. I have also led post-purchase, customer experience, compliance, and fulfilment portfolios across 45 markets. My work has included transactional messaging, GDPR-related data remediation, customer support tooling, telephony, chatbot, and help-centre products, as well as logistics and last-mile delivery strategy.
