I have worked in environments where I needed to balance executive priorities, technical execution, and creative delivery while keeping production timelines on track. In my current role at AeonSparx, I report directly to the CEO and manage end-to-end production timelines across multiple game titles. I lead a 5-person cross-functional team spanning development, QA, and marketing, and I focus on removing bottlenecks, improving workflow clarity, and ensuring milestone delivery. I have experience building SOPs and risk-mitigation protocols to replace ad-hoc processes with more structured operations. This has helped reduce rework, improve coordination, and support more predictable delivery across teams. My project work also includes localization, social media marketing, creator outreach, and Steam page optimization. I have contributed to campaigns that increased visibility and engagement, including TikTok content that reached tens of thousands of views. My academic background includes an MPhil in Management with a quantitative thesis using PLS-SEM methodology, as well as a BSc in Computer Games Development.
