## About me

I am a results-driven commercial sales and key account management professional with more than 10 years of progressive experience at Emirates Airline. My background is centered on B2B sales, travel trade partnerships, corporate accounts, and customer relationship management.

I have built and managed portfolios of travel trade partners, corporate clients, and key customers, with a strong focus on passenger revenue growth, retention, and long-term commercial value. I am experienced in commercial negotiation, account planning, sales forecasting, market intelligence, and CRM-based account management.

In my current role as Sales Executive, Commercial Operations, I lead sales calls, account reviews, and client meetings to identify needs, strengthen partnerships, and create new business opportunities. I also negotiate commercial agreements, corporate contracts, and incentive programs while coordinating closely with internal teams such as Reservations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Airport Services.

Previously, I worked in customer sales and service roles at Emirates Airline, where I handled reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, fare rules, baggage policies, and service recovery cases. I also supported revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of airline products, services, and loyalty benefits.

I have also managed UAE visa applications as a concurrent assignment, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and confidential handling of customer cases. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to support customers and agencies in a high-volume environment.

My achievements include reaching 184% of my annual sales target in the 2024-2025 sales cycle and receiving the Gold Najm Award. I am proud of my contribution to strong commercial results and team recognition, and I am open to relocation to Paris, France.
