My background is centered on Financial Crime, AML, WLM, KYC, PL/SQL, ETL, and data quality, and I have worked in highly regulated environments where accuracy, governance, and continuity are critical. I have led and supported international QA and technical teams, especially in projects involving platform implementations, migrations, and production support. In my recent work, I contributed to the migration and customization of NetReveal from v7.6 to v9, focusing on AML, compliance rules, batch processing, and data integration with upstream systems and the Data Lake. I also have experience in public sector digital transformation, where I helped implement and parameterize the Genesys i3 e-Government platform for city councils and provincial governments. In that role, I delivered technical adaptation, functional consultancy, and training to support successful adoption of the platform. Earlier in my career, I worked on banking projects involving fraud prevention systems, technical development in ACL, ETL design, PL/SQL development, and QA controls.
