As a Client Engagement Director at Foolproof, my job is to understand our client’s world and represent the consumer voice in the work that we do together. I build and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring the quality of end product exceeds their expectations.
Being a digital native, I am a strong believer in the power of digital to transform our clients’ businesses and to help them grow and succeed. I am passionate about helping clients on their digital transformation journey and identifying opportunities behind great experience design for customers and employees.
Prior to joining Foolproof, I spent over a decade in digital communication and content production companies, working with global players on their branding and performance in the digital space. I have extensive experience in ecommerce, gained through working on digital shelf management and demand generation on top global ecommerce platforms, such as Amazon, Lazada, and more.
I graduated with an MBA from University of West London, which has given me in depth knowledge across all business areas from operations, through marketing to HR. I do my best to use the combination of my business education and work experience to deliver value to our clients, while also ensuring our business is performing strongly – creating a win-win for both.
I am focused on developing high-level business relationships with C-level clients through robust business acumen, strong insight-based planning and a consumer-centric approach.
