-To forward incoming Export & DF orders to factory and production departments and to follow and direct preparation processes
-To ensure that materials and products are ready for the day of shipment in export orders in coordination with the Production/Operation/Purchasing departments and the export warehouse of the factory.
-To take the necessary actions to eliminate any delays in loadings by working in coordination with the warehouse and logistics company.
-To support the Export& Duty-Free Assistant, which carries out the timely preparation of the documents in coordination with the accounting department for invoice cutting, the customs company working together for customs documents.
To carry out the logistics operation of POS materials prepared for Export &DF in coordination with Warehouse, Senior Customer Development Specialist and Export& Duty-Free Assistant in a timely manner.
