Business Process Analyst

– Preparing and analyzing Monthly Metrics as well as Executive Summary for Management
– Working on improvements to the current processes applying Lean Six Sigma
– Ensuring the smooth integration of assigned clients portfolios at outset
– Developing and maintaining a constructive and professional relationship with clients and tax offices at all levels
– Maintaining complete audit trails for all clients in line with company systems and protocols
– Complying with the financial & industry regulations and legislations regarding Insurance Premium Tax

– Completion of registrations and Onboarding to ensure applications are efficiently processed, and that registration informational requirements are up-to-date and submitted to the relevant tax authorities
– Achieving key KPIs with regards to submissions and processing of VAT registrations
– Approving/Rejecting documents for Clients registrations
– Preparing weekly Error report and analysing the results/preparing statistics.

-Analyzing and solving HR system questions (Workforce Administration, Time and Attendance, Organizational Management, Payroll etc.)
– Providing HRIS Navigation Support to the clients
– Participating in activities designed to improve business performance

– Irish and Luxembourgish Clients Onboarding to Direct Contact Model
– Subject Matter Expertise for client – direct contact
– Onboarding, training new joiners and interns
– Conducting weekly team meeting
– Chairing weekly Tax Accountability Report meeting
– Cooperation with Global Sub Custodian
– Ordering Certificates of Residence from Irish Revenue for Irish Domiciled Clients
– Preparing monthly statistics for Management
– Providing cross trainings for other Departments
