Below is a summary of my background and what I can offer.
I will bring in over 16 years of experience in the BPO space, seven years in a director-level capacity. I have five years of multiple site management experience, with eight years of client management experience. I catered to several voice/non-voice campaigns with several touch-points with various domestic and abroad site coverage. I also had a maximum span of 1,500 FTEs and handled a multi-billion Euro, premiere B2B collections campaign across the four geographic regions.
With the wealth of exposure to global management, I gained in-depth experience in managing risks in the organization. I have been tapped in my previous organizations to lead/ pioneer process improvement projects, centralize fraud management in the partner network, and calibrate audit processes across different lines of business.
I am great with implementations and a pioneer in the standardization of interdepartmental processes.
I am also blessed with several years of experience in cross-managing HR, Recruitment, Training, QA, WFM, Client Services on top of Operations.
I am a results-driven person, as I have foresight on what an Operations floor should run and anticipate what circumstances impact the team’s cohesion and morale.
