In my previous jobs, I gained a wide range of experience in different areas where a high degree of self-organization and personal responsibility was required. As a brand manager, my tasks included purchasing, creating marketing strategies, and organizing promotions and events. In customer service and also as a manager of incoming complaints, I was able to make use of my solution-oriented nature and openness to criticism and was able to contribute to refining processes and incorporating feedback. Good communication is essential.

I enjoy moving projects forward responsibly and learning new things. In doing so, it is important to me to achieve good results and to learn from my mistakes. Team members like to have me in their team, as I am their contact point in case of problems as a calm sparring partner with a goal-oriented view. With my open and interested nature, it is easy for me to integrate and fit into new teams.
