From 2009 to 2011, I was taking part-time school at night for an MBA academic while I was having my full-time job in daylight.
I am seeking career growth in my career path, therefore MBA is not my final goal but it is essential.
The most what I learned is that I have been discussing and teamwork together with those experienced students as same with me, some are entrepreneurs, some from big reputation companies, SME company or other countries. Thank them during my MBA time.
-As a Project Manager to prepare a project plan against the pack implementation strategy and timings provided by regulatory and manufacturing site lead times and responsible for ensuring project change are progressed effectively, efficiently on time in order to completed the project in collaboration with relevant parties, internal and external within the remit of the project hub/market(s) covered in pharmaceutical industry.
-Acted as a escalation point to resolve issues and any conflicts, as well as monitor of the project change global projects for market(s) and manage project approval between internal (regulatory, site others) and external (manufacturing site) stakeholders.
-Collated, investigated and analyzed market performance data and information to support overall supply chain performance monitoring and local processes and procedures improvement.
