My goal is to make recruitment less reactive, one iteration at a time. My way of working is anchored in 3 principles: strong documentation, absolute transparency, and unrivalled candidate experience. I can lead teams, build strategy and recruitment departments from ground up, and I am very hands-on – I never stopped being a recruiter, regardless of my job title: I am passionate about interviewing, guiding hiring managers, managing an ATS, sourcing, and everything-talent-acquisition.
