Customer Relations

Sort and inspect parts for Ford Motor Company, perform quality inspection and look for defects in parts, repair where possible.

Accurately pick/pack video games and toys into box while ensuring accuracy of order with use of RF Scanning device.

Keep drawers balanced and money accounted for, assist team members and customers as needed, follow standards of equipment cleaning and food production, communicate any problems, call-ins, supply outages, equipment issues, etc to next manager on duty.

Wash and fold linens for supply cart, fill spray bottles and mop buckets with appropriate cleaners, complete side chores, stock rooms with necessary items such as towels, soap, and bathroom tissue, communicate damages in room to maintenance and management.

Take calls and schedule clients, handle customer invoices, schedule equipment for maintenance, clerical duties.
