After working with the CEO of Spher for 6 months and later on launching an impact business for the first time making all the mistakes a first-time founder would, I jumped into the workforce offering my communication, strategy, design, and operations skills as a freelancer Virtual Assistant.
Shilling was one of my first clients as a VA (and currently still is). Here I have been helping the team with investment process operations and other structural activities. As a tried founder, it is a bonus to spend some time reading pitches and learning from the team what makes a good deal for VC. Most of all, I appreciate the young, motivated, and progressive team I work with.

After working with the CEO of Spher for 6 months (2020-2021) and helping multiple people pro-bono on various projects, I know what I am good at when it comes to assisting with projects. I do have multiple skills but the 2 I consider most important are the sensibility to building a good user experience no matter the project we work on, and my ever-curious approach to learning and gaining new perspectives. After stepping back from the impact brand I created, I have decided to put my skills to use and offer my services as a VA, hoping to help other intra- and entrepreneurs to build meaningful things.
Ethix creates aesthetically pleasing accessories from upcycled textiles while employing people from/in more vulnerable social situations. I co-founded it and have been responsible for the business and brand strategies as well as the more tech-side of it. It has been more than an entrepreneurial journey, it has been a personal one. Of growth and awareness. Society sells this idea that creating a business is something beyond yourself. It isn’t. Not if you put your heart into it and are trying to make the world a better place.
At Spher I have started by identifying the insights, challenges, and brand opportunities within the pre-existent foundation that the team had settled. That way, I was able to begin to develop the brand architecture, positioning, and strategy and all its different components, aiming to build a strong narrative that translated the start-up’s holistic vision. The knowledge I have gathered while studying and working on UX design projects has been super useful because Brand Strategy asks for research skills and an analytical mindset while making sure empathy is employed throughout the entire process. From the beginning, I coordinated the volunteers who joined the project throughout onboarding and everyday operations and later I was the bridge between the tech and UX design teams too.
