• Scheduled meetings between the lead and the agent. (10 – 15 appointments per week)
• Note taking of every call (70-100 per hour) with leads adding tags if necessary and upload them into the assigned CRM.
• Did quality customer service to assure every possible lead’s comfort.
• Gathered information about the lead to provide property options that meet their criteria.
• Did efficient follow ups of potential leads.
• Provided information to the lead about their inquiries.
• I received an extense training in various CRM and real estate terminology the first 2 weeks as part of my onboarding process.
• Cold calling (60 + calls per hour)
• Be in charge of the entire email marketing process through KvCore’s platform.
• Creating Facebook lead generation campaigns (including creation of advertising posters and import of generated leads to the assigned CRM).
• Creation of Smart Campaigns in KvCore.
• Be in charge of social networks (Content creation such as Reels, Posts, Advertising Brochures, answering direct messages, increasing the number of followers).
• Completing any additional tasks assigned during the day.
• Uploading listings to the Multiple Listing Network (MLS).
• Retrieving Association Documents if necessary.
• Email marketing using compass platform (Compass).
