I’ve had a varied road of experiences throughout my life and work experiences. Starting from working in the human healthcare field to veterinary healthcare field to corporate office work. All of which have given me experiences that have educated me and made me a more rounded human being. I’ve enjoyed spending my days with some of the most amazing, intelligent, driven, and compassionate people and most don’t realize how much they have impacted my life. I endeavor to cause such an impact on everyone that I have the pleasure of working with now and in the future. I’ve said for many years that I learn from someone everyday on how to be and how not to be. I strive to learn and be a part of something larger than myself; to make a positive impact, both professionally and personally.

Tracking files from initial client contact, through completion and presentation of reports to clients
Quality assurance of the property appraisal reports
Manage all aspects of clientβs invoices, from preparation through follow up on payment, if overdue
Maintain confidentiality of client information / documentation
Perform HR duties including, but not limited to payroll and employee benefits

Analyze operations including Accounts Receivable and Payable, and manage tracking spreadsheets
Oversee office activities, including maintenance of office supplies, mail, and property maintenance
Providing administrative support to the attorney and the paralegal
Onboarding and maintaining clientβs information and billing within Clio Legal Software
Drafting letters and emails in communication with clients, as well as vendors
Facilitate upkeep of office equipment, client records, and various essential spreadsheets
Preparing, filing, and other administrative tasks related to the confidential client documents
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Safety/Training and Operations departments
Act as liaison between corporate office and project managers in the field
Responsible for onboarding hires and completing data entry in Oracle, Guardian, and E-Verify software applications
Maintain employee training records in electronic data systems
Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and coordinated payment
