I have 18 moths of experience as customer service support handling telco account where in I answers customer inquiries, concerns and even processing their payments. I also have sales agent experience, where my job is to make sure the stocks are complete, and I also always do the inventory. Next job is being Outbound Sales agent and appointment setting in a solar panel company. My job is to call a customer, introduce the product, and pitch the benefits they can get from it. If the customer shows interest or says they want to try it, then I will set them up with an appointment with one of our closers. The last job experience that I had was as a cold caller for an insurance company. My job is first to make sure that the customers meet the standards that we have for age and the requirements of Medicare Parts A and B. If they meet the standards, that is when we offer the supplemental insurance. If they agree to the Supplemental insurance, that’s when we transfer them to a live licensed agent.
