-Gathering diver’s information about their skills and experiences in the
field of diving.
-Determine their certifications: Ask the divers what certifications they
hold, such as PADI Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver,
or Divemaster. This information will be important to include in their CV. –CV company formatting, editing and proofread before submitting to
client.
-Arranging of travel and accommodation for personnel
-Assist Head of Planning with recruitment and logistics
-Ensure all required identifying documents are signed on time (Freelancing Contracts;)
-Organize / maintains filing system [technical and non-technical].
-Responsible for receiving, circulating, and recording all incoming and outgoing faxes, emails and hand deliveries.
-Maintain and manage daily schedules for Project Manager /Site Engineers
-Organizing and keeping well-organized files and ensure confidential information and documents are handled with complete discretion.
-Complies and maintain control records to verify completeness and
accuracy of data.
-Types, writes accounts and keeps files in order.
-Involves routine office work that assists in the activities of the management and professional personnel.
-Completed necessary changes on accounts when mistakes were
detected.
-Compile, analyzed and prepare statement of accounts for the
customers
-Assist the manager with his routine works and meetings.
-Receives cash or checks charge transaction and accounts money to
verify amounts and issue receipts of funds received.
-Issues changes and cashes checks..
-Ensures that proper accounts are maintained, and annual reports
are prepared.
