About me

For the past 20 years, I have been working in some kind of customer support capacity. I have a passion for solving problems and ensuring each customer is fully taken care of. The bulk of the writing I’ve done over the same period has been directed toward the same end… to satisfy the needs of the customer.

It is difficult to find new business so once that has been done, it is of utmost importance to ensure their satisfaction.
