Michael Bednarsky boasts a demonstrated history in leadership and management across several people-centric industries, such as live events and entertainment journalism, in both the New York City and Los Angeles markets. As a classically trained poet and nurturing people-person, Bednarsky is a romantic at heart. His love of the dating industry stems not only from his personal penchant for companionship, but also his successful pairing of friends over various life chapters, starting as far back as elementary school! Michael is also an adept communicator and listener, interpersonal or otherwise. He currently resides in Los Angeles.

In January of 2022, I decided once and for all that I would pursue my dream of becoming a romantic matchmaker. I actually applied for a position with Tawkify then, as well! The pursuit of this profession has led me to wonderful experiences, such as becoming ordained to marry individuals. I received my certification in the spring of 2022, and married my first couple many months later.
-Spearheaded an activation on behalf of client Valvoline, for the 2023 CONCACAF Nations League and Gold Cup soccer tournaments, consisting of 8 events in a roughly five-week span.
-Consistently corresponded with necessary companies in preparation for each event, including marketing and staffing partners, stadium event brass, TSMGIβs senior director and subordinates, as well as, of course, the client.
-Managed brand ambassadors at every event, providing them crucial program details leading up to a match day, and providing an approachable but steadfast leadership, to ensure a successful event.
-Drove a 16-foot box truck along the events route, for a rough total of 7,000 miles.
-Designed thorough and thoughtful PowerPoint recaps after each event, consisting of data and photos alike.
Wind River Sales & Distribution was initially one of my clients while working at Brand Champion Marketing in 2020. When my position with Brand Champion was terminated as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wind River hired me outright, leading to my successes listed below:
-Led the SoCal teamβs brand awareness campaigns, in regards to several unique offerings.
-Secured accounts with distributors and retailers alike, by meeting with businesses in a professional yet accessible manner.
-Reset inventory at retail locations carrying our product, and provided thorough feedback in terms of display, pricing, and marketing.
-Spearheaded brand awareness events in appropriate spaces, such as outside of retail shops where our products were carried.
-Worked in tandem with our partner, notable local music outreach organization, Concrete Jungle Los Angeles.
-Educated consumers about our products, leading to sales of said products via retailers.
