In the almost two years I have held this position, I have been deemed “the best thing that has happened to the culinary department”. I am able to grow my personal skills in connecting and understanding our 140 residents. Behind the scenes I interview, hire, train, course correct, schedule (to our budgeting criteria), fire, and multitask all daily events and tasks that must be completed.
