I have a B.A. in television Film and Media studies and have accumulated enough credits in child development at Cal State Los Angeles. During my academic career, I also managed to acquire 5 years of work experience at Bright Kids Montessori Academy as the lead teacher. I have the privilege of working for Star View Community Center as an office assistant and MSD, where I learn valuable professional skills such as documentation abilities, taking calls to schedule appointments, coordinating with therapists and psychiatrists to support clients’ needs for documentation through EMR, and other instructional front desk techniques. Within the companies I had the privilege to be able to work remotely, through collaboration and the process of working together from different locations using digital platforms to achieve a specified goal the team has been able to thrive. Also working remotely has given me the chance to provide excellent customer service. In both my academic and professional life, my professors, peers, and supervisors consistently praised my work as diligent. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I always like to apply my skills such as leadership, organizational, communication, documentation, remote management and amazing customer service.
Manage phone calls, emails, faxes, physical and digital inquiries and respond in a timely fashion to documentation regarding the patientsβ receiving services through the organization. I also work with EMR to do documentation daily, using such a platform to schedule/ reschedule appointments, coordinate with my team remotely to collect, verify, and audit required patient documentation. I also provide client service with my outstanding customer service.
I support customers remotely by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. I assist customers with scheduling appointments for transportation. I help ensure that customers are satisfied with the service we were providing.
My job duties would be general supervision and management of a class of 12 to 24 children between the ages of three to five.
I also assisted in helping families with a family member with disabilities, showing them around the facility.
I would advise to help assist machine operators, checking the quality of the product, completing documentation, operating machinery, and completing all assigned tasks.
