Corporate Recruiter

• Owning several direct hire job requisitions at once for several different roles (including but not limited to: Engineers, Managers, Payroll, HR) for global, nationwide, and local companies (Manufacturing and Corporate).
• Ensuring a deep pipeline is established to ensure direct hire and client’s job opening is filled with the perfect candidate.
• Sourcing for candidates through Applicant Tracking Systems (Zip Recruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Ceipal) using different tactics such as complex Boolean strings, keywords, skills, job titles, locations, etc.
• Reaching out to potential candidates via phone calls, text messages, emails, and messages through ATS.
• Scheduling and performing interviews with candidates.
• Ensuring all information is obtained during interviews by asking in-depth questions related to the job
description, the candidates background and experience, goals, work style, and behavioral questions.
• Creating candidate submissions for clients that include a summary of the of the interview, the candidates
current and previous work experience, reason for leaving, goals, work style, skills, education, and desired compensation.

• Owned job requisitions and recruited candidates via all sourcing platforms and took them through the full recruitment process.
• Maintained direct contact with the Hiring Manager through intake calls, providing direct reporting, and sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, metrics, applicant tracking systems).
• Performed resume reviews, reach outs, prep calls, debriefs, inclined/not-inclined messages to candidates.
• Utilized metrics to track contacts, resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and offers.

• Sourced and recruited internally for open positions in the servicing department.
• Being the liaison between the customer’s and the Loss Mitigation department during urgent and high-
priority periods by opening requests, sending emails, and direct phone communication.
• Assisted with training courses for new customer service representatives taking a leadership role and being
support.

• Coordinated various guest management services including meeting check in and check out, special arrangements and services, and specific requests from executive staff.
• Facilitated lobby events hosted by Cummins, specifically working closely with the Hospitality Department in the coordination of vendors, guests, and any food and beverage needs.
• Ensured guests receive a quality experience during every visit at the Cummins Distribution Business Unit Headquarters.
