I was previously a recruiter for the past 4 years, but I recently decided to make the shift into software engineering via the Hack Reactor 19-week advanced software engineering immersive boot camp. In this boot camp, I gained practical experience building out applications utilizing JavaScript, React, Redux, Python, Django, SQL, and other languages/frameworks.
– Partnered with Account Managers on all GTM searches and led all top of funnel efforts including market-mapping/research, prospecting, and engagement of candidates
– Assisted with building out a new Talent division in the company which led to a $7-8M revenue growth for the organization
– Generated $200K+ in revenue in FY22 (135% to quota in Q1 across 5 placements) for companies like Airhouse, Knowde, Applied Intuition, and LinearB
– Helped develop and improve upon company-wide internal workflows and playbooks and led trainings around outreach initiatives, team collaboration, and best practices
– Collaborated with the product and engineering team on improving an in-house CRM and sourcing tool while utilizing tools such as Looker, Lattice, and LinkedIn Recruiter for additional sourcing and tracking individual progress
– Led multiple types of market research studies for clients in the technology sector, including market assessment studies, message testing, and others to ensure quality relationships and consistent value addition with our client base
– Piloted a program for in-person usability studies to create best practices for this area which led to the creation of a full-fledged team dedicated to recruiting and a $100K revenue increase in FY19Q4
– Ran training for 40+ team members on multiple avenues for best practices around subject matter expert sourcing, outreach methods, and collaboration efforts to increase productivity across the team
