I am a college student pursuing a major in psychology. Currently, I am looking for an entry-level role in customer service.
At Popcorn Van I picked and packed outgoing orders to other warehouses across the Bay Area, and individual customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. I replenished shelves and managed the inventory and stock levels. I also assisted in checking for product quality and expiration dates, as well as helping process incoming products to be stored. I occasionally assisted the receiving team in properly storing incoming products.
At Goodlines I received and processed customer orders. I packed and prepared orders for shipping, prioritizing order accuracy. I organized incoming stock by product category and conducted weekly inventory counts to keep the website updated. I supported the team in arranging orders into plastic totes for USPS to collect at the end of the day.
At Macy’s, I organized racks and displays to maintain well-organized store sections. I helped unload incoming merchandise and assemble displays. I answered customer questions regarding store merchandise, product pricing, and other general inquiries.
