Began volunteering with Rottie Empire Rescue, a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) rescue organization, by fostering dogs. Due to my veterinary experience, often took on difficult cases, including behavioral issues due to abuse/neglect, serious medical conditions, or surgical candidates. After a few years, was tasked with managing the website, updating forms, and aiding with social media. In 2020 changed focus within the group, taking over the Cat Program. No longer manage the website, but instead oversee fundraising, foster homes, processing applications, and medical care for cats within the program. As the cat program is based primarily out of Benson’s Pet Center in Clifton Park, current responsibility is website administration.Began volunteering with Rottie Empire Rescue, a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) rescue organization, by fostering dogs.
