About me

I have over 10 years in Customer Service Experience. I am a multi-tasking, multi-talented professional and I have a true passion for helping people. I am currently training in the IT field and have an extensive training history with multiple Operating Systems and Software tools across various devices. I believe that empathy is a very important skill to master when working in any customer/ client facing position.
