As community associate, I acted as the administrative assistant for multiple clients as well as overseeing the upkeep of our standards around the building. This involved resolving questions & conflicts over the telephone and through email, as well as ensuring offices were adequate for client move-in. I also organized and delivered mail for over fifty separate clients. My job position at Spaces would also involve sales. I was expected to upsell office space as well as other products that Spaces sold, such as mail handling services, meeting room usage, and telephony services.

As a student behavioral associate, my responsibility was to maintain safety for the patients of the hospital. Due to the nature of this hospital, I was well conditioned to varying psychiatric conditions, as well as varying age groups. Responsibilities included engaging in mental health crises in an effort to rehabilitate and/or mitigate dangerous behaviors, assisting in the upkeep of the milieu to UPMC hospital standards, and taking and recording vitals.
