– Assist faculty, curriculum/course designers and program administrators identify, analyze and
develop effective course materials and activities in on campus and online courses through the
learning platforms, related web technologies and other teaching & learning tools including Canvas LMS, Camtasia, Zoom and similar software.
– Develop courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline and upload them for staff and faculty professional development onto the Saba LMS, Harvard Training Portal (HTP). Support the Harvard Medical School HTP Local Admin group by sharing documentation on our internal SharePoint site.
– Design, develop and update software training and knowledge base materials/documentation on
proprietary and packaged software, including workshops, online resources and on-demand
video tutorials for tools like Panopto and Zoom.

– Build the MTA online learning ecosystem (research and recommend buying technologies such as LMS, web conferencing tool, eLearning tools, VCMS, knowledge base, etc.)
– Implement Canvas. Work with Canvas to set up the LMS, build instructor SLA, basic Canvas navigation course and manage user enrollment.
– Manage the design and development of courses in Canvas LMS used for Professional Development Points. Onboard instructors and assist learners with using Canvas LMS.
