Perform daily sterility testing on finished products, stabilities, Aspex and R&D samples using a variety of measurement and testing tools, established procedures, and
criteria to accept or reject products for finished product release
• Perform EM sampling for daily sterility testing inside of the SKAN Isolators for evaluation and maintenance of sterile testing era
• Conduct daily laboratory cleanings, equipment restocking, and SKAN Isolator equipment calibration and maintenance evaluations.
• Perform Bioburden testing plate read-off, analyze and calculate results, determine gram stains and possible corrective actions for out of spec observation.
• Perform routine analysis on components’ physical and chemical properties in accordance with schedules and SOPs for GDA, ETO, and STEAM testing.
• Perform validation testing on new GDA component resins through Bioburden, Sterility, and B/F testing methods.
• Assist in routine collection of samples for bacterial, fungal, and mold growth from bioburden and sterility testing EM plates for Identification and further analysis
